SYNOPSIS

A Latin drug kingpin, Alejandro Rodriguez, has left Mexico fleeing from the United States Drug Enforcement Agency in a move to set up operations in Trinidad.

Special Agent Peter Flynn, an undercover FBI agent who worked his way into Rodriguez’s organisation has his cover blown when drug houses in the United States & Trinidad get raided randomly, he is killed before his investigation can be completed after Rodriguez's right-hand man discovers he is a traitor.

After a series of events, Detective Sean Christian of the I.C.E.A (Inter-Caribbean Enforcement Agency) works his way toward finding Rodriguez & learns more than he expects.
